From our humble beginnings as a small stainless steel workshop fabricating kitchen equipment and trading second hand kitchen equipment in the late 1990s, Normal Stainless Steel has evolved into a leading commercial kitchen solutions provider in Singapore today with our own factory and warehouse facilities, three conveniently located showrooms as well as a wide, exclusive range of kitchen equipment.
Started only as a small inconspicuous workshop along Ubi Road in the late 1990s where many other competitors were present, business was tough then as everyone only competed on the basis of price due to the lack of product differentiation.
With the fear that continuing with such a business model will only lead to demise of the business in time to come, we decided to break out of this norm through innovation. We started by bringing in our own exclusive range of kitchen equipment which gave us greater control over product quality as well as warranty and maintenance support.
In order to provide more convenience and present a more professional Image to our customers, we expanded our number of showrooms and renovated them to present a clean and spacious feel. Also, we brushed up on the training of our staff to ensure that they are well-equipped with the right product knowledge and service attitude to provide the best kitchen solutions to fit every customer’s needs.
